Snow on lawns

Snow itself is generally not a problem for a few days only but a fungal disease called snow mould (lawn disease fusarium) can occur after the snow melts. This can occur when a mass build up of snow develops in areas where a snow man has spent some time on or you have cleared the pathways, driveway by brushing them clear to a mounted up heap on your lawn! We always advise to not have a build up of snow on your lawn as this can cause damage!

Enjoy building snowmen on hard surface areas (pathway, drive or patio areas) this will ensure no further damage is caused to your lawn after the snow has thawed.

Have fun and stay safe in the snow.
